The Night the Lights Went Out in Vegas

The Bellagio, one of Sin City's largest resorts, went dark for more than 13 hours on Easter Sunday, leaving at least 5,000 guests unable to use most of the property's amenities.

Hmmm....wonder if Clooney, Pitt, and the gang were in town.

You Said

I apologize to the good people of the Bellagio. . . it was the only place in the world that was suitable for my practice run as Ocean's Twelfth. . .

that is the first thing I thought of when I read about it too!

Boy...looking at that photo reminds me of:

a) how much I miss Vegas
b) how much I love Ocean's 11
c) how much I can't wait for Ocean's 12

I heard a lot of my distant relatives were enjoying a feast on the buffet table while the lights were out. They said the dark was the perfect atmosphere for a fantastic time to be had by rats and mice of all ages.

Just to say, however, when I first saw that picture, I thought your would be saying that you were Las Vegas according the results of the Quizilla quiz.

Dang, where was I? I didn't even hear about this. What a bummer for guests.

The roles of a tax attorney are not that different from most other lawyers. The big difference, of course, is that the planning or litigation engaged in by a tax lawyer involves the application of federal or state tax laws and rules, which are constantly being changed by the legislature. As a result, many tax attorneys state that they enjoy their practice because no two tax help are hardly ever the same, requiring even an experienced practitioner. Although tax attorney touches on many aspects of human activity, it is a highly “intellectual” field, and a student planning to be a tax attorney should enjoy learning and working with difficult and complicated rules and applying these rules to an infinite variety of business, financial, and other tax trouble.
