Now That's Taking Your Garden Seriously

Wanda Baucus is the wife of Democratic Sen. Max Baucus of Montana. She is accused of assaulting a woman Tuesday in the parking lot at Johnson's Garden Center on Van Ness Street, Northwest.

Sources told News4 that Mrs. Baucus was upset because another customer was getting help with mulch ahead of her.

Sources told News4's Pat Collins that Mrs. Baucus dropped a bag of mulch under the woman's car, then struck the woman in the body and face a number of times.

Damn! Get that woman some Prozac.

You Said

I might get upset over some things, but mulch...?

My wife used to go to Johnson's all the time!! She used to live within about 3 blocks of the place. We got some of our wedding flowers there. It is a pretty popular place, the only major garden shop within about 10 miles. And it's awfully close to Cathedral Heights and Chevy Chase which are the homes of the rich and powerful in DC. So it's not surprising that two entitled little biatches were having a tug-of-war over mulch. It's really funny sometimes to watch the rich and famous acting like fools in DC.

I take my mulch pretty serious too! They would have wished I didn't have a nail gun closeby.

Hmmm. Must have been her time of the month.

I don't get these dumbasses. I'm not in the public eye, yet somehow I manage to refrain from beating the crap out of people.

How do these people who are so rough around the edges rise to such positions to begin with?

(She's definitely killed any fantasies her husband may have had about one day running for President. First Ladies are usually a little more reserved.)

I'm with you Jay.

It's amazing she just didn't whip out a gun to solve the matter. Okay not all Montanans do that.

On FNC - the Washington correspondant said that there are now rumours about Max Baucus's bruise. However ... I think it laid more on the humorous side just because. Well I laughed. People are mostly laughing about this here in Montana.

Forget Prozak. Get that woman a jail term. It's what any other person who pulled that sort of crap would get.
