Shut It, Susie

You gotta love reading about Hoosiers in the New York Post gossip column:

Sen. Evan Bayh (D-Ind.), is an applicant to the blue-blooded Chevy Chase Club in suburban Washington. He's been on probation since his wife, Susan, was overheard yelling at the staff on more than one occasion.

"She's really teed off on some of the help," said one member. Bayh, whose name is often brought up as a possible presidential candidate, had enjoyed club privileges while his application was being considered.

Here's another one for you . . . courtesy of the NY Post (and just fueling the East Coast's impression of ole Indiana): they ran a story about the pet shop owner who claims a turtle that survived a fire a month or so ago has now formed an image of Satan on his shell. That's great.

I still love him though. I for for one hope he does run.
