Charlie Sheen has answered his estranged wife Denise Richards's divorce filing of last month with a legal filing of his own, entered earlier this week in Los Angeles, according TV's Extra.

In his documents, Sheen reportedly contests Richards's claim for spousal support, saying it should "not payable to either party" and asks that the court terminate such a request.

He also reportedly seeks joint custody of their 1-year-old daughter Sam and their unborn child.

And I think she has a fair share of cash on her own! As often as he spends his on hookers and booze binges, she likely has more of a nest egg than he does . . . even with his show that's apparently doing very well.
