RIP

Oscar-nominated actor Eddie Albert, who starred in the hit '60s sitcom "Green Acres," died Thursday from complications from pneumonia at his home in Pacific Palisades. He was 99.

Apart from his acting roles, Albert was an environmental activist, World War II hero and an inventor. He was nominated for an Oscar for his roles in the movies 'Roman Holiday' and 'The Heartbreak Kid.'
