Matthew Perry and his longtime girlfriend, Rachel Dunn, have called it quits.

"There was no drama involved (in the breakup), just a commitment by Matthew to stay focused on his sobriety," says a source close to the couple. The 35-year-old former Friends star has publicly battled addiction to both alcohol and prescription painkillers in the past.

Dunn, a former fashion student, and Perry met in 2003. Late last year, she briefly moved from New York to Los Angeles to be closer to her beau, but returned East because the couple "drove each other crazy," a friend told People in February.

Perry will host the ESPY Awards on July 17 at Hollywood's Kodak Theatre.

Non! My 3 degree of sepeartion to Matthew Perry can't break up with him!

*Her parents live down the street from my friend. One day while my friend was walking her dog she ran into Rachel, chatted, and said "You look familiar...do I know you?" And DUH! She looked familiar cause she is dating Chandler.

Oh well...
