Weird Diet

Christina Aguilera is said to be following an extremely weird diet which is based on the texture and color of her food.

The star is apparently following a diet of meals made up of four food items; crunchy, soft, hot and cold. A source who is close to the star revealed that the singer's plate must also have food in bold and contrasting colors.

"She has a chef with her most of the time to whip up exactly the right meal," the source said.

You Said

Sounds like eating disorder speak. Those in the know teach binge eaters to ask before they they ate. Do I want something cold or hot? crunchy or smooth, etc. etc.

Please thats not an eating disorder. Any intelligent person would know that bright natural colors in food is an indication that it is packed with vitamins and minerals. Crunchy means that the food is not over cooked and so is more likely to retain its natural nutrients. Don't be stupid, not because the media is currently tormenting young girls who dramatically loose weight means that they all have problems. the key is everything in moderation, drink lots of water and fruit juices.
