--Meanwhile the Bush daughters choose Badgley Mischka: The 23-year old twins of President George W. Bush will be sporting Badgley Mischka gowns for their dad’s February inauguration. In a company statement, the designing duo revealed that “for Miss Jenna Bush, designers Mark Badgley and James Mischka created an emerald silk crepe gown with metallic leather details and jeweled insets. Miss Barbara Bush will wear a pale aquamarine silk chiffon gown with jeweled straps and a ruffle-seamed skirt.”

No, I don't really recall seeing her last year; but I'm sure she was wearing that ridiculous get-up at some point and THAT should earn her a standing #7 or #8 from Mr. Blackwell.

I think Keaton has been relegated to Hall of Fame status on this list, it just gets redundant to put her on here year after year.
I agree with this list but am disapointed Streep cannot get a better taste in clothes. She is so beautiful and gets better looking as she ages. Get thee to a designer!
I need to see those dresses on the twins before I comment, but I am not impressed so far.

I wouldn't go quite so far as to say that Jessica Simpson dresses on the same level as her sister Ashlee, who I think should top the list!
