Cox Pregs?

Courtney Cox, 41, is pregnant reports Life & Style Weekly Magazine, but the former 'Friends' star is worried her age might age might cause complications.

"We're expecting a child, but she doesn't need the pressure of everyone watching us," hubby David Arquette, 34, told an inside source. "She's not that far along, but she has it in her head that there might be problems. You can never tell until after three months. It's scary enough as it is. I just wish it hadn't gotten out. The problem is most times the media knows before you do."

Courteney's rep denies the pregnancy, but another close insider confirms the pregnancy and adds: "She's very concerned."

You Said

Uh, I delivered my last child a month before I turned 41.You have to worry past the first 3 months since amnio isn't done until about 5 months and sometimes is inconclusive. I wish her all the best.

I had a beautiful son at 42 with Down Syndrome. He's such a sweetheart and has brought such joy to us and his older siblings. (He's 2 now) I wish more people were educated and that the medical community would support more mothers who may be pregnant with D.S. Hopefully ourtney's baby is fine, but if it's not, believe me, it's not the end of the world, in fact, it's the beginning of something wonderful that you can't understand until a D.S. child is part of your family.

I think she's mostly worried because of all of the miscarriages she had before having Coco. And now that she's older she may be more likely to. I had my son at 38! Best wishes for a healthy pregnancy, Courteney and David you'll be in our prayers!

My mother had twins at forty-four (I am twenty-five and her eldest). She had three miscarriages previously, and then decided to stop trying. She went back on her birth control and immediately got pregnant after that!! She did have a little down syndrome scare (Maddie had cysts in her brain in the womb-they were benign-but apparently a lot of people have them, and you don't know it). The twins are now two and a half and are perfectly healthy! I am sure that Courtney will have a healthy baby, and my family is proof that it can happen in your forties.

Yes, but she had problems before, so I understand her concern. I hope it all works well for her, she seems to be a lovely woman in a lovely relationship. :)
