John Stamos, who has previously guest-starred on "ER," has signed on as a series regular to the cast of NBC's hit medical drama, according to The Hollywood Reporter.

The actor will return in the opening episode of the long-running show's upcoming 13th season this fall.

I haven't watched it in years...but I might check it out if John Stamos is a regular in the cast. Is anyone else from the early cast still there? Not necessarily original group, but early years?
