Grammer A Politico?

Kelsey Grammer for president! The "Frasier" star says he is considering a run for public office, and is convinced that his sordid past - including a raging coke habit, a penchant for strippers and a battle with alcoholism - could give him an edge over his opponents.

"It's a notion I have about the future - to run for office, to do the world some good," Grammer tells Maxim. "Well, the idea that we can do the world some good is a little nuts; the world tends to take care of itself. But as I get older, in maybe 15 years or so, there may be a run for office . . . The opposition would hope it [my past] would harm me, but my frankness and openness about it would probably benefit me."
