Lindsay Lohan was hospitalized in Los Angeles yesterday after suffering from heatstroke and exhaustion on the set of her new movie.
The 20-year-old actress/singer was filming scenes for Georgia Rule when she was overcome by the intense heat wave that has plagued southern California in recent weeks. She was taken by a private car to a Los Angeles hospital for treatment.
According to her representative Leslie Sloane-Zelnick, "She was overheated and dehydrated." Sloane-Zelnick says the star spent two hours in the hospital after being given a Vitamin B shot. She adds, "She was filming in 105-degree Fahrenheit weather for 12 hours." A friend of the actress tells American publication People the night before her hospitalization, Lohan was partying at Hollywood nightclub Guy's.
An observer at Guy's confirms to the magazine, "She was definitely partying. She wasn't over the top, but having a great time." Lohan is expected to return to the film set today, when she'll recommence shooting with co-stars Jane Fonda and Felicity Huffman.

I've always wondered how they get away with this (especially her). These under-21 celebs are in the nightclubs in NYC and LA every single night, getting WASTED, and their pictures are in the tabloids or the NY Post the following morning. How much do these clubs pay the authorities to look the other way and not shut them down for serving minors????

How can this girls be in the hospital so much? Exaustion? give me a break, and this is not the first time. There are people who haved worked in factories, coal mines, all kinda of REAL working jobs and these people do not go the hospital every 6 months for "exaustion". She kinda makes me sick.

They prefer you use a high speed card (you will see a small number in a circle next to the letters SD and SDHC indicating card speed class. the higher the better like 4, 6 or 10).. SDHC just means High Capacity and that just means it has more space. The reason they suggest such cards is because the D3000 has high megapixels (on that camera, 8 MP is almost too much) and you can also set it to RAW mode which pretty much doubles the image size. . . If you are just taking random photos and aren't concerned about speed, go ahead and use a 2GB class 2 card.
